I have bought my ticket online and have not received it.

All online tickets are emailed to you and are shown electronically at the door. If you did not receive your tickets in an email or have lost or accidentally deleted your email, you can log into your customer account. if all else fails, please contact cajun country jam customer support at info@thecajuncountryjam.com.

do i have to buy a parking pass?

Yes, you must have a parking pass for this event if you plan to drive. all parking passes are for all weekend long! grab yours here.

do you have handicap parking?

sure do! We have limited handicap parking available located in the lot right in front of the festival. you can find that here.

what time do gates open?

festival gates open at 4 pm on Friday and 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday for all tickets holders. ALL PARKING LOTS OPEN AT 3 PM ON FRIDAY AND AT 11 AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

do you allow refunds/exchanges?

all sales are final. event is rain or shine! ARTISTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR TICKETS IF AN ARTIST CHANGE OCCURS.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

ALL ARE WELCOME! UNDER 5 CAN ENTER FOR FREE. discounted passes are available for children ages 5 to 15. 16 AND UP MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ATTEND. grab kids’ passes here.

can i bring a cooler?

coolers are only allowed if there is a medical need. if so, you must provide proof.

can i leave my car overnight?

no, all cars left overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.

do you have camping?

we’re excited to offer camping this year! camping passes can be found here.

am i allowed to leave + return?

no re-entry will be allowed at this event.

will you sell alcohol/food/drinks?

yes! there will be vendors on site with food + drinks. alcohol will only be sold to those over 21 with a valid id - no exceptions.

can i bring food and drinks?

no outside food or beverage will be allowed.

will you have atms?

We will have atms on site.

do you allow chairs/blankets?

general admission may bring personal chairs and small blankets. no pop up tents allowed. small umbrellas are also allowed. no chairs, blankets or umbrellas are allowed in the pit area.

what if it rains?

event is rain or shine!

can i use my ticket one night and give it to someone else the other?

all tickets are non-transferrable. you’ll receive one wristband per ticket - don’t take it off until the end of the weekend!

what is your bag policy?

CcJ has A bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. clear bags only. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)

• Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with one of the clear plastic bags.

• An exception will be made for medically necessary items, including breast pumps and diaper bags, after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs that are not see-through, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

• A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
